Counselor outwardly gave me false information about my insurance and the company charged me $1,500 for 4 therapy sessions. The counselor talked more about their partner throwing them down the stairs and the band The Cure than anything about me
I enjoy our therapist Heather. She is understanding doesn't pick a side but give insight on what the situation is.
It's been a great fit so far. My therapist gives a great balance of creating space for me to express and reflective listening and therapeutic recommendations and tools. She's very flexible in her approach and also hears, validate and normalizes my current needs very well. This is just what I need at this time.
