I saw Tanya Rennie several years ago during a major health crisis and she was incredibly dismissive. Just plain rude during our appointments. When I requested my progress notes later from my "care" with her, I was appalled. The notes are poorly written, contain multiple inaccuracies, and it's obvious that she didn't believe what I was telling her. The content of these notes are insulting given how sick I was at the time. Shame on you, Rennie.
