I had such a great experience at Thrive Orthodontics! From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. The staff made us feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. I've had a dentist for years located near Presbyterian. I was wanting something closer to home, so I thought I would give Thrive a try as I pass by this location daily. I had a great experience and my smile is smoochie approved (I was totally overdue for a cleaning). I had such a great experience with the team! I came in because I needed to transfer my braces treatment after my previous orthodontist closed, and I was honestly nervous about the whole process. From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel welcome and at ease. The orthodontist took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth, explain exactly where I was in my treatment, and answer every question I had. I never felt rushed or pressured. I wanted to give this office a fair chance because, at first impression, there are definitely some positives. The office is absolutely beautiful, very clean, the staff are friendly, and the dentist herself was very nice. Unfortunately, my overall experience left me extremely uncomfortable. I have never been to a dentist where I felt this much pressure to purchase additional services. I love Thrive dental and Ortho! Seriously, they didn’t do anything to have me leave this review other than provide me excellent service and support over the last 5 years. I did Invisalign over the last 5 years with Dr. Nate and his team. They ensured that I got to my perfect smile, and I finished my treatment today! They also do an excellent job with cleaning and general dentistry, I always feel clean and awesome when leaving my appointments. I recommend anyone go see the Thrive team. 🤠
