Amazing place to work ..... Clients are always first place
I just stopped by to see what they had. Within a couple of hours, I was driving off the lot in my new car. Mark met m on the lot. Showed me the car and took me for a rest drive. He then introduced me to the owner, Adam, who got the ball rolling. Called the bank and got me a lower interest rate. They got all the paperwork together while the car was being shined and tagged and that was all there was to it. If I ever need another car(at my age, who knows) I will most certainly buy it from Thrifty.
While everyone else turned me down, refused to take my trade in(it was bad). I had all but given up. But I decided after taking my kids to school to try this place. I had walked past it for months. And they had me approved with a bank(I have no credit) on their amazing 1st time buyers program. Great interest rate compared to anywhere. Thrifty Cars in Gilbert is amazing. The people there are so helpful. They dealt with me for a few days to find me the vehicle I was looking for. They have great pricing and Adam and his co-workers were great. There service department is amazing. They have worked on my vehicle since I got it. and they do an amazing job, take there time and make sure everything is done correctly. I would def. recommend friends and family and others to this sales and service department.

I bought a car from Thrifty a little over a year ago. I had a time and money constraint and Adam went above and beyond to find me the right car. He made sure the car checked out and would be a safe vehicle for me. It has been a great car. I just took it in there to get a fuel pump replaced and the service was excellent. And I have to add, they did the repair for a fair price. I know this because I did an extensive comparison and they were the lowest price quoted.
worst service ever!!! They lied to me and then when I got up and walked out because I don't appreciate being lied to they had the nerve to call me on my cell phone and cuss me out for so-called wasting their time when in all reality my time was the one wasted I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from them complete disrespect.. especially to call me up and talk to me like they did!!!
