get all new staff, after you're sold a car they dont care about you. Lately I've been getting a text from a sales rep [when we buy a car- it'll be thru the owner or else where] who obviously cannot read. correct me of I'm wrong but telling someone what car you want and ignoring it completely is horrible customer service. maybe I was a little mean but she cant seem to read.
