So grateful for Dr. Bowen and his entire team! They all went above and beyond! all the nurses even sent me a personal signed card so thankful!!!
Worst service in the history of hospital surely they will let you or your loved one die before they help you in any way shape or form they act as if the public are a burden to their jobs... I will never bring myself or my children here again...
My wife and I moved to Grants Pass 3-1/2 years ago and in that short time we are both on our 4th primary care physician and I'm on my 3rd urologist and was informed today that he's leaving! The reason I'm giving them a two star instead of a five has nothing to do with the service we've received from the employees which has been excellent. It is due to the fact that management mandates unachievable patient levels which translates to short visits and burnout among the physicians. Here to get the momma’s blood drawn; it had always been a very negative event for her in Woodburn. Today, a volunteer helped her into a wheelchair and sat with her while I parked my car (biggest � lack of parking). When we got to the lab, the phlebotomist got her in the first poke. He was smart enough to use a small needle. What usually ends up in a blood bath for her, was not the case at all! No bleeding and she didn’t feel the poke at all! By far the worst hospital I have ever stepped foot in, and the worst staff out of any as well.
