asante has been treating me for an ear infection since august 2019, that is well over a year and no help and now they will not give me a referal to Oregon Ear,Nose and Throat Center in Medford. Tex Schroeder
I had cancer and was admitted there. They took excellent care of me and allowed my grown children to come to help out. I would recommend Asante Three Rivers to anyone needing good professional care.
I have a rare neurological disease and the majority of the staff there treat me like a drug seeker and liar instead of doing a little research. They call me a faker. One of them wouldn't come in the room to treat me because she "doesn't do the fake crying". That same Dr, on a different occasion, forced me to take a medication on my allergy list in order to get any pain relief. They ask me what works and then doesn't give any of it. the doctors and Nurses are awesome. They are truly caring and very knowledgeable
Two things they did right: 1) A timely ER intake. 2) They treated me for my pain. But then they were all about adding whatever tests Medicare would pay for and others they wouldn't. They made me so mad I left with IV still in my hand and walked in my house shoes and robe to the Walgreens so I could call a friend to pick me up. 6 months later Asante billed me for what Medicare wouldn't pay then threatened collection agency when I disputed it. My daughter took me to the ER (tent in back) on April 13th per my primary doctor. The worst treatment in my 66 yrs ever!! I have been to many hospital ER's with my parents, children and husband in many states and this is the worst. I have messages with Patient Relations but NO one has called me back. My COVID-19 test results have not been given to my Dr (yet they called me over a week ago). I rec'd an X-ray but I can't get the results nor has my dr. gotten the results. HORRIBLE!!
