Went to Urgent Care to be immediately sent to the er after telling them I did not want to go there. Waited 6 hours with "one person in front of me". Had to wait another 30 mins for someone to find a form which I didn't sign because it was basically stating if I died tonight it's my fault. I am never going there again and will request to bleed out before being seen there.
I thin the ER crew and CCU were top notch... Third floor needs some help!
Ive heard so many horror stories about this hospital. The ER was miserable (6 hr wait) but the 4 days i spent there and the entire staff was absolutely amazing. They made me comfortable and took great care of me and my knee infection. I couldn't have asked for more.
1st time to this place, but everyone was really nice , & they had wi-fi to keep me entertained while I was waiting, & even the parking outside had shade ,& a creek which kids & their dog was floating & splashing around in. All in all a very good experience �
I think this place is a joke. The er has no idea ever of what's going on. The charge nurse sucks.
The people there are always so sweet. And warming .
I believe after seeing my HUMANA ins. coverage they stop trying. I couldnt hold even water down for over a week and was forced out after 1 bag of fluids. The head Nurse rolled her eyes at another nurse instead of just running more tests.
Took my Partner here to Urgent Care, they sent us to the ER. They took such great care of her. She was admitted with cellulitis and she has been receiving great care on the 3rd floor. She is on Oxygen, gets breathing treatments, and has a slew of people caring for her. I'm happy and comfortable leaving her in their hands.
Lisa and Rita in Imaging were great! Everything was explained to me in advance and I felt that they put my comfort first and foremost. The registration process was easy and didn't take long.
