The most personable care one can receive from a great professionals!
Consistent problems with the office personnel. Billing is a mystery, and if you happen to miss a phone call, there's. I message left WHY they called. If you call they will NOT call you back...they are busy (you, of course, are. It). This is an office that supports the docs like a well-oiled fascist bureaucracy. The docs are ..... not necessarily worth the trouble their "support" gives. PAs (I've seen 2 here) were questionably competent and. It helpful. AVOID THIS DOCTORS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!
Dr. Lawrence is truly one of the best doctors my family has ever seen. He listens, he is very knowledgeable, and he never gives up to the answers to some of our very complex medical issues. I cannot say enough about his dedication to his patients. His nurses are also top notch. Thank you!
We love Dr Lawrence but the woman I spoke with in scheduling on Tuesday (yesterday) was very rude and didn't seem to want to do anything.
A well run professional office. with competent staff. I typically see Dr. Pattillo, who is quite knowledgeable and takes time to understand and explain issues. I have also seen Mr. Golding and other staff who likewise are knowledgeable and can be engaged to discuss issues or concerns.
We love it there! Dr. Benedict is a fantastic Dr and the nurses are all wonderful and kind. We highly recommend!!
