I have been a patient here for about 15 years and I have never been so disappointed in how an office is ran. After my primary doctor left I got thrown to the bottom of the barrel to a PA and it was nothing but extra work on my end from the first appointment. When I tried to switch to a different provider I was told by the office manager that the practice is too full. I’m a generally healthy person and had a few things come up over the past few years that required tests or referrals. Each time the referrals were wrong and it created stress and wasted valuable time. Not a happy camper.

We used to love them going since 2001 But not anymore. The gatekeepers have lost empathy and compassion. Drs are great but the staff is not polite, sometimes rude, and frequently condescending.
We have been under the care of the staff at TRFM for over 15 years. Dr. Patillo is our family primary care physician. He is wonderful. He listens to our concerns and questions. Over the years I think we have been treated every physician and physicians assistant in the practice. They have all been wonderful.
First time seeing Dr. Lawrence. He was very thorough. I was very impressed with his concern and knowledge. He addressed things that other doctors just blew off. Thank you!
Dr Raekes is hands down the best! Love her so much!!!
