Alex is the best sales person there is. I have purchased 3 vehicles from 3 Rivers Chrysler Jeep and have always been treated with respect so much that I have referred tons of friends and family who also share my experience.
I couldn't have had a better experience with Alex. Came in wanting a wrangler and ended up special ordering it from the factory. Once it came in, he made the purchase process painless!! Could not have asked for a better salesman, was not pushy and made sure I got everything I was looking for in my new car. Would definitely recommend him to anybody looking for a new or used car!
I had been leasing Grand Cherokee's for 21 years from local dealer. After change in management I decided to look at other dealers in state then out of state. After two months of searching I found Three Rivers. They had exactly what I was looking for beating all of the other dealers. Richard and Taylor were very Respectable, informative and knowledgeable. My wife is very happy. Thank you Three Rivers for having my Cherokee Trailhawk.
Purchased a brand new grand Cherokee overland in February, and love my jeep; however I would never purchase a vehicle here in the future and definitely would NOT recommend it to any friends or family. Dealing with the service department here, is extremely frustrating and the manager is about an unprofessional as they come. Even though I purchased my vehicle here, I will be taking my jeep to the dealership in pleasant hills for any service from here on out.
Your parts dept is the best, they were very friendly and helped me with everything I needed, I was there on Saturday for transfer case fluid and had a terrible experience with south hills Chrysler, they spent 3 days tryin to get me the fluid and you guys had it in stock the whole time!!! You will definitely be my first call for anything I need whether a new vehicle or just parts, atleast your employees step up and help you if they see someone standing there unlike the other said dealer where they all just kinda look and star... read more
IT'S OFFICAL!! We are mini van owners and we are so excited!! We have to thank Mike for his patience and enthusiasm. This was the BEST car buying experience EVER. The entire team at Three Rivers Chrysler Jeep Dodge made us feel welcome and comfortable through the entire process. The kiddie room was an added bonus. It's not easy buying a vehicle with a 10 mo. old and a 2 year old. But, this family operated business made us feel right at home. I highly recommend them to any one that is looking to purchase a vehicle.
