My husband and I have lived at Three Rivers Apartments now for about four years, and they are awesome!! All of the staff (management and maintenance) are very friendly and really care about the residents. They always go above and beyond to help the residents. Went in for a tour looking for a relative from out of state. I thought the floor plan was roomy. I liked the woody landscaping. Jan showed me around and was so helpful. I will be recommending Three Rivers .
The maintenance guy, Tony IS THE MAN!!!!!! Also the landlord lady Ms. Jan A. and staff are very kind, generous and thoughtful in meeting the needs of their residences��
Moved in a few weeks ago and so far I am very impressed by our apartment, the property, and the staff. They made moving in effortless and we are so happy we chose three Rivers. We are close to Downtown, Irmo, and Lexington which makes this such a perfect place to live. The laundry facility on the property is really nice and our apartment has had no issues. Plenty of parking and a really quiet area.
Awesome staff and maintenance. Would highly recommend the Community.
Three rivers is one of the worst apartment complex I had ever lived in. The Management is rude and it takes maintenance forever to come solve a problem in the apartment. I will not recommend a colleague or a friend to live here.
