RecommendedIf you're reading this review to make the decision on whether or not to move here, DO IT! I've lived here since August 2016 and I literally LOVE IT! I'm so thankful to have a positive relationship with Jan & Carol as they make living here so much more worth it. If I put in a maintenance request, if it's not fixed the same day, Mason will be here taking care of it the next. Very excited to be a future resident at Three Rivers! The office staff provides excellent communication and works hard to resolve any and all issues. I have not moved in yet, but I can tell I made a great choice. I can not wait to make new memories in my spacious townhome. 😊

the staff at the office is always ready to assist you. There is always some surprise there. Very friendly and helpful people.
I have lived at Three Rivers since August 2016 and I absolutely love it! After having a terrible first leasing experience at a different complex, moving here was definitely a breath of fresh air. The staff is extremely courteous as they go above and beyond to help you whatever you need assistance with. The biggest plus, they respond to maintenance requests promptly, although I haven’t had to put in many. Definitely a steal for the price tag!
