I probably had the best experience ever buying a car. Ask for Dino Sanchez; not only is he knowledgable and courteous, he allowed me to make my own choice without pushy salesman talk. I highly recommend Three County VW to anyone in the market for a car.
What a BS job at this place. I went there yesterday to see a car that they said was available, when I got there an hour later it magically had sold. The dollar amount they wanted to give me for my trade in was a joke AND the price they wanted to sell me for a used car was ridiculous. I went over to the VW in Fairlawn and bought a car there. Extremely nice and knowledgeable people who work here.
Although VW parts are pricey, these folks are so nice, it doesn't hurt as much to pay up. They will get my business again.
i will say that this review will not be pleasent, unprofessional sales associates and sales manager. Worked out a back end deal then renegied on it beacuse their overall knowledge was poor and their only concern was selling me a new car. I have purchased 4 cars from them 2 on the same day and this is the loyalty i get. The salesman James is unprofessional and really does not want to take care of people ..so i will say i am done with Three County i will never again purchase another car from them
