Always very dependable and prompt service at this dealership!
I didn't buy a VW from this dealership, I only had to stop in and order a replacement key and FOB for my Jetta. Service was quick and easy and everyone was very helpful and nice. Found out that this is the nearest VW Dealership to Jersey City so I'll probably wind up here in the future at some point. Nice place, nice people, fair pricing considering you really can't get these keys replaced anywhere else. ✅

I took my car in for an oil change and they told me I needed front brakes and pads and 3 new tires and quoted me something outrageous. I planned to take the car somewhere else but couldn't remember if they said I needed rotors so I called to ask them a few weeks later. They told me that i needed front brakes pads and rotors but now they were saying they didn't say I needed tires. I would not recommend buying a car here. Bought a car less than two years ago and came to trade it in and they say it isn't worth what we paid. They over charged us then and now want to rip us off again.
Make sure you check your work order before signing or you'll have extra charges. Service guy charged $70 for tire rotation and balancing. I told him the car just needed a rotation and car drove fine. He said its part of the 10 k mile service (Bull sh..). I asked to changed the wipers ( which cost $44) he charged it twice and charged me $44 for checking a dent.
