Plumber broke valve The plumber from Thasher Service Corp hooked up my dishwasher in 45 minutes. He then went to turn the water back on in the basement and broke the valve. He said he'd be right back while he got a new one. I waited for him for over an hour. He came back with the wrong thread size for the part he broke. Had to wait longer for him getting his tool from his buddy. He then wrote an invoice for over 300.00$ Also tried to charge me for the part he broke. Rude receptionist and refused to help Called them for help because they were recommended by my Realtor. The receptionist was very rude and had a tone in her voice like "How dare you call me you piece of shit" Then once I told her the problem she rudely told me to call a sewer company. So I did, upon arrival they said "Why didn't you call a plumber for this?" i told them I did and Thrasher told me to call them and they were very upset about that since the problem CLEARLY needed a plumber and there was nothing a sewer company ... read more

Great People I was having an issue with a dry house in the winter and talked to Toni at Thrashers. She said I could get a humidifier that would attach to my furnace. Decided to have it done. It does an amazing job of keeping the house comfortable. The guy was fast, cleaned up when he left and it was a very good price for it. I would suggest everybody should have one of these in there home. Thanks Toni for the idea it was spot on.

Nice Efficient Service & sale w/ no pressure. My Furnace was Blowing cold air and would not heat. I called and had Thrasher service out, the furnaceman quickly discovered that my fan switch was sticking and the pilot was out. After inspecting my furnace, he found a small crack in the heat exchanger which he showed me on a small camera. He explained that the furnace was no longer safe to operate due to a possibility of carbon monoxide entering the house thru the airstream. Five Star Service I had Thrasher's Service Corp. out this weekend when my heater stopped working, I called and talked to Toni (a real person, not a answering service), that was nice. The serviceman quickly followed up and told me he was on the way with 10 minutes. he arrived and had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes, and came up stairs explaining the problem to me/ then gave price for the part up front. Very Pleased with Thraser's Service! Sunday night, Feb 21, 2010 - furnace quit working and called Thraser's. The service man was here within 30 minutes and had my heat on within another 30 minutes. always happy with their service I had a new furnace installed by Thrashers a year and a half ago and have been very happy with the low heating bills. My old furnace was installed by Thrashers 19 years ago and was always maintained by Thrashers and was still in good working condition. I kept receiveing ads in the mail from Service Legends and thought I would get an estimate from them.
