Chase came out to repair an outdoor spigot. He listened to my needs and was very customer focused. Another plumbing company wanted to cut into my inside walls to fix this problem, but Chase was persistent to handle it from outside. He exceeded my expectations with his professionalism and care. He explained everything along the way, and showed me the faulty part that he replaced. Job well done.
I had Eric come out last fall to install new toilet and sink and was quite impressed. I requested him again as he loves old houses. He just left along Mike after fixing antique toilet and sink. Absolutely delighted that I found them.
We have been using Thrasher Service Corp for several years now. We have had a water heater installed, a back flow valve, new AC and Furnace. They have bent over backwards for me and my family in order to fit us into the schedule on more than one occasion. The price is always more than fair, as I have always received several bids on everything I have done. Now getting bids on things seems like more of a formality as I know I will probably be using Thrasher Service Corp. Keep up the great work!
Hot water broke. They came out and supposedly fixed it. It cost $400. Right away I knew it wasn't working correctly. They came out again and said it was fine and to watch it. Now less then 2 years later, my hot water only lasts 5 mins. They won't guarantee their work or replace the faulty parts they used. I don't recommend them! Beware!

We did replace Ms. Amber B's gas valve on her water heater in January of 2018. We went back 3 weeks later because she complained about not having enough hot water. The water heater was working fine when we arrived. We ran a full bathtub and half of hot water before it ran warm which means it was working. We have not heard from Ms. Amber Bergin until last Friday. We only warranty parts for 1 year and it is almost 2 years old now. Take a report of unsafe driving seriously. Especially when it happened near an elementary school. Your operator wanted to know nothing of the situation even talked over me as if to say I DONT CARE.
