careless technicians their techs are reckless and inconsiderate causing damage to property and come across as being highly unprofessional . what ever your needs are, it would be best to look elsewhere

Horrible Service Greedy and dishonest. Truly disappointed in who this company has become. They will never have an opportunity to have our business again.
Greedy and dishonest is the name of their game. Tony verbally gave costs but never offered a written estimate. Now she is trying to charge us twice the quoted price. What makes it even worse is she is blaming me, the customer, on being confused. I can promise that is not the case as I wrote the quotes down while on the phone with her. Thrasher will never have an opportunity to have our business again.
