I’ve been living in this apartment for over 12 years, when Thos D. walsh took over it became my worst nightmare! I wish there was a zero star option. He sucks at replying back especially when there is an emergency in maintenance. Why own a building if you don’t have enough money to fix it? We’ve been having mold & we’ve notified them multiple times. Also, this man is suing people for not paying rent when obviously he doesn’t fix these nasty looking apartments! I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with Thos. D. Walsh, Inc., Realtors. I first reached out on the 10th of the month via email, phone, and text to inquire about a rental property. I finally received a response on the 15th—five days later—and scheduled an appointment to view the unit. They were fully aware that I would be traveling over 8 hours from out of state for this showing. After that one response, I was completely ghosted.
