They were able to come do my carpets last minute. They were professional, friendly, and honest! They were quick but effective. Definitely suggest this company! They even called me a day later to make sure I was happy with my carpets.
First off, the technician was running ahead of time and was able to come 2 hours early! My carpet had so many stains from having a 4 year old and the carpets look amazing now! They were very fast and thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
I can’t express how much Thoroclene has done for me! I had them clean my family room carpets twice from pet stains. Six months later, Thoroclene called me to let me know about a holiday special. I have used them in the past for cleaning my carpet and they did a amazing job! just recently had a kitchen fire and they once again did an amazing job on my tile floors and apohlstry even all my mattresses!!! they also installed new carpet at a very reasonable price and did an amazing job as well!!! Highly recommend. We’ve always used our own carpet cleaner, but decided we were due for a professional cleaning. It was easy to schedule, reasonably priced, John was friendly, showed up on time and was done in just over an hour. Our carpets look like new!
