I had an appointment with them today and I left almost as soon as they arrived to get some things done. When I got back I was completely blown away. My carpets are the cleanest I've ever seen them!! they were almost black from heavy foot traffic and they look brand new!! I seriously couldn't be happier. Not only do they do great cleaning, they have excellent customer service. The man that came to my house was incredibly respectful understanding and explained everything thoroughly. definitely will return as a customer!
