Okay.... Seriously.... The mud tracked in by people and dogs at my commercial building was just ground in out of control after all the rain and I didn't think it would come out AT ALL. This company blew me away with how amazing their service was. The difference was astonishing!! And their technician was super professional and friendly the entire time. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Super happy with the service!!!
Just had my carpets done again today. Cole did an awesome job and took extra time to get some stubborn spots for me. Super friendly guy, and as always, amazing service. I love the reminder calls, because I usually put this at the bottom of my to-do list. Customer for life! I've used many other carpet cleaning companies in the past, Thoro is the best hands down. They even got 2 red stains out of my carpet that 3 other companies have attempted before. They also called me a few days later to make sure I was satisfied. Excellent customer service. Very highly recommend!

We just purchased and moved into our home and our kitchen and 1/2 bath tile and grout looked pretty bad. Seriously the beige grout was black! The tech Pete was on time, did a fabulous job and was super nice! I cant believe how great it all looks. Very affordable and worth every penny.
