On June 30, 2026, I purchased a used vehicle from Thornhill Automotive in Hudson Oaks, Texas. Before signing, I informed the salesman that we are both on disability, that our savings were being used for the down payment along with our trade-in, and that we could not afford unexpected repair bills while making a payment. Terrible experience dealing with Bobby James in regards to possibly purchasing a vehicle and having it shipped! Kept telling me he would get back to me even told me he would get the info for me first thing in the morning. Lazy saleman not wanting to do his job!!
Eric Twigg was the best. He was personable, patient, funny and no pressure salesman. He was upfront with us about shortages on used vehicles. If you go there, ask for Eric, he will treat you right.
