Dr. Thompson as usual made me feel very comfortable while he was checking my lower denture and its condition and cleanliness. The 11/2 hour appointment went well and I left his office confident that his diagnosis and work on my lower teeth was exactly what i needed.
I was very pleased with the way everything happened regarding my visit. I appreciate the fact I was able to get in so quick for an appointment. I didn't have to wait at all and my problem was dealt with promptly. Great to meet everyone and the staff was very friendly. Overall a very good experience.

I had broken off a bonded tooth in the front, I called them late one afternoon, and I got in to see Dr Thomson the next morning! He was fast, very efficient, and my tooth looks like new. And it's always a pleasure to be in their office, which I've never said about a dental office before. Maybe that's why I've been his patient for nearly 40 years!
I always love going to see everyone at Thomson & Palmer. The staff is always so friendly. The Doctors are BOTH fabulous. This Native Austinite would not go ANYWHERE else!
The very fact that Dr. Thomson has been my dentist for so many years should say it all. Who would keep going back for less than perfection? Today I went to see Stephanie for gum work, and I can't say enough good things about her as well. My dental records will back me up. Thank you! Thank you!
