Not sure how many people actually look forward to going to the dentist. After speaking to several of Dr. Thompson's long time patients, it's clear that they have a joyful loyalty to Billy K. and his staff. They are great at what they do, have the latest technology, and they actually care about their patients more than their fees. Breath of fresh air when it comes to this industry.

Best dentist in the world!! I've been to several bad and good dentist but nothing compares to level of care you will get here!! Not only professional but caring, sincere attentive understanding and FUN!! The Entire staff is friendly and upbeat and make you feel comfortable AT THE DENTIST😮 And again best dental work I've ever experienced ... And I have had a lot of work done over past 50 years. Really feels like happiest place on earth.

My hygienist is great (Adrienne). Very professional and very thorough. I have been going to Dr. Thomson for many years and although I live in Round Rock it is worth the drive.
It just doesn't get better than Palmer. The guy is the bomb. I was there to get my nightguard fitted, and he polished my teeth and removed some stains for free. He's just that good.
They have been my dentist for 9 years and counting. They are friendly pros that care. What more could you ask for?
