Woke up on an extremely cold winter morning to find that my fairly recent installed garage door (approx year ago.) did not and would not go down without forcing it. On discussion with Thompson's service person on what could be the cause, it was determined that it was likely not an alignment issue with the safety beam but something else. Thompson sent someone to take a look, found a faulty wire/connection and it was fixed in less than an hour! I really appreciate the prompt action and thecourtesy extended!! Thank you.

I didn't buy a top of the line door, but the quality seems top notch. I came home at lunch today, and it was already in, and works so well, I can't believe it. They beat every competitor's price, without sacrificing quality work. They even replaced the track! I will enjoy it for years to come. I will recommend them to anyone I hear that needs quality work, at a reasonable price.
Big thank you to Thompson's Garage Door today! Here within 20 minutes and done within an hour! Cannot say enough good things about them, highly recommend if you are in need of a garage door or a fix, the owner came to fix our broken springs. Not the best time for our family when we were getting ready for a funeral, but so very thankful to know that we could get our car out for tomorrow!
