Great work! Great customer service..
Today we were saved once again by the exceptional speed and customer service of Thompson’s. My husband backed into the garage door on the way to work and they arrived promptly to get it in order so we could get our cars out. Over the years they have helped us a bunch of times, and are always professional and pleasant. This company is a true Rochester institution. Many thanks to the Thompson team!
My light sockets went bad in my garage door opener. Needless to say with it getting dark so early, it was kind of weird pulling in when when its pitch dark in there. Thompson came right out and got it fixed. they are extremely friendly, punctual and complete professional!! They have also replaced my opener in the past and gave me the same great service. Great family owned business that you can trust and I highly recommend!! Thank you!!
