I've always been appreciative of the service I've received at Thompson. They actually care about the people they deal with. They go over every inch of the lease that most dealerships would add on to, and make sure you have only what you need, without the extras. Yet their basic coverage is more than most! I'll never buy anywhere else!
I was 30 minutes walking the lot, looking for a used vehicle. Not one salesman greeted me or offered assistance even though some made eye contact at various times. One finally headed my way once I was back in my car with the ignition running, ready to leave. Too late. I honestly got the feeling they were waiting until a man came to join me, that I really couldn't be here on my own to buy a car.
We bought a 2016 Dodge Dart from this dealership. We were on a strict budget and fell in love with the Dodge Dart. We worked with Bobby Duncan and he was so helpful and even held the car for a few days until we could finalize the sale on the vehicle we had at the time. wonderful guy, and wonderful company will be going back in the future!
Thompson's service department is TOP NOTCH! I drive over 100 miles one way just to use their service department. I have no complaints! The staff Is super friendly! They are honest and always know their stuff! They have a super comfortable waiting room with a large refrigerator stuffed with snacks and drinks, and a coffee bar.
