We have bought 2 vehicles (1 spanking new and the other used) from Bobby Duncan and he went and beyond for us! He was patient and allowed us time to talk about it before we purchased. We also use the quick lube for oil changes even on vehicles that are not GM. They are wonderful, this company takes care of their customers.
The team was laid back with no high pressure. I usually avoid car lots because of this but they were wonderful and made car buying stress free.
I had the best service at Thompson’s! I bought my car elsewhere and needed a few items done. Without hesitation they took my car in, serviced it and fixed a few things I wasn’t aware of at a very reasonable cost! Curtesy driver was super nice and able to take me to and from where I needed to go during the middle of a busy day! Thank y’all!
we had a wonderful experience, no pressure and ray clevenger was so nice and made us feel comfortable. adam raegan in finance was great and went the extra mile to help us . We definately will br doing all our bussiness here !!!!
Talk about a good experience! They were honest about our financing and getting us a good deal. I never felt pressured or pushed into buying something. I was able to walk off the lot with a beautiful truck with a good deal struck.

We just had a fantastic car buying experience! Patrick Bowman was knowledgable, super friendly and a no pressure salesman. Anthony Jesse in the finance department was equally friendly and worked to get us the lowest rate possible. We had been to two other dealerships in the last year and Thompson Sales hands down was the most pleasant experience!
Jeffery told me there would be no sales pressure if I visited the dealership. There wasn't! There was only information (other dealers didn't have) and respect for my needs and budget! This made the purchase a comfortable experience!
