We have worked with Stephen twice in the last two months... The first time he saved us from making a purchase we would have regretted and the second he confirmed we can purchase our home with confidence. We hired Thompson Inspections for a residential home purchase. I was incredibly happy with the time the inspector (Stephen) took to talk me through everything he was looking at and why. The report was throughly prepared and clearly outlined any issues that were discovered. Highly recommend using Thompson Inspections! They are also Military/BGRS compatible.
