Stephen was great! Really thorough and I had the report very quick.
I cannot recommend Thompson Inspections. When I had an inspection done before buying my home, I was informed that all the lights were functioning, as stated in the inspection report. However, after moving in, I discovered that five outdoor lights were not working. I reached out to him to schedule a time for him to come and check the lights. He promised to come, but it has now been over two months, and he still hasn't shown up. I am very frustrated with his work and attitude.
We have worked with Stephen twice in the last two months... The first time he saved us from making a purchase we would have regretted and the second he confirmed we can purchase our home with confidence. Both times he's been incredibly personable, knowledgeable and thorough, while happily explaining everything to us along the way. If the day ever comes we are looking for a third home inspection, Stephen is absolutely who we will call.
We are so happy that Stephen at Thompson Inspections did our primary home inspection. He was extremely considerate, thorough and knowledgeable. We hired Thompson Inspections for a residential home purchase. I was incredibly happy with the time the inspector (Stephen) took to talk me through everything he was looking at and why. The report was throughly prepared and clearly outlined any issues that were discovered. Highly recommend using Thompson Inspections! They are also Military/BGRS compatible.
