I had a heating and air unit put in and it was a reasonable competitive price. So no complaints there. I have even spoke to numerous friends and family members about our good fortune with the price. Then a few months later on fathers day our unit stopped working. A call was placed to them for a service call. Technician spent 20 minutes in the home changed the thermostat consisting of 4 wires and it all worked fine after that. The problem I have is this was a $192 service call.
