Dr Pendergast was very kind and professional. The receptionist was very helpful and helped me fill out paperwork needed. The nurse Mary was so kind and held my hand during procedure
Much concern of patient comfort. Very quickly preped in operatory and returned to entry cubical. No pain control necessary post injection. Two days out range of motion increased substancially with no pain.
My 1st injection helped somewhat, but didn't last long. I was hoping this visit would have better results.
All the staff were so kind & pleasant and made me feel at ease !!Dr Pendergast , you are excellent and made a “ scary” first time very comfortable !! No wonder you are very highly recommended!! I would recommend your facility to anyone who asks my opinion!!
He carefully explained the procedure in a reassuring manner.
