I went to Dr. Pendergast for a steroid injection and later for a diagnostic injection (nerve block). On both visits the Dr. and nurses were polite, professional, answered all of my questions, and were calm and reassuring during the procedure. The surgical room was immaculate and comfortable and the facility (Sycamore Pain & Wellness, Terre Haute) is very easy to get to, plenty of close parking, clean, and well organized. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Pendergast to friends and family in need of these services.

I was very impressed with the doctor's professionalism. When he came in to meet me he was very polite. The doctor explained everything about the procedure he was about to perform. He answered any questions I had. Post procedure was also explained to me with great detail. The nurse's were very kind and polite and treated me with respect as well. I feel he will get to the bottom of my problems, very confident. Very first time I had these labs. His questions were straight forward. No ifs ands or buts.
2nd procedure was completed and very successful. Dr Pendergast explained each step of the procedure assuring me of the steps to completion were taken. Staff was considerant and thoughtful. I recommend Dr Pendergast highly for his professionalism and consideration for my medical consideration!
All the nurses were so kind and reassuring, they explained what was going to happen to my husband and myself. Dr Pendergast came in and described each step. I was pretty nervous but after it was over I realized it was all in my head. The procedure went very smooth. I’m so thankful I went to these caring professionals!
The appointment was timely and the nurses were very knowledgeable and curteous. On top of that the nurses and Dr Pendergast had a sense of humor. Outstanding visit.
