I have never had a problem with Dr Shah or his staff. He explains things well. He does not rush. He is very compassionate. I trust him completely.
Dr. Rungta has done my colonoscopy’s for many years. He and the staff are efficient and caring. All preop information is clearly explained.
When it comes to a doctor, I need one who is a very good communicator. A doctor who allows me to speak and describe my issues. A doctor who will probe until she-he understands what I'm trying to communicate. A doctor who will explain things to me in terms I can understand. Dr. Nelson was not rushed and explained why I can still wait and have my colonoscopy for the five year period. We discussed my medicine for colon issues and recommended that it was ok to take more than one pill if I needed it.He answered each question I posed in a compassionate manner.
Terrible ,poor communication and have been trying to get my records transferred for over a week. I am bleeding internally and my sense of urgency is very high . I was told that my records are being transferred in 3 days
Dr. Rungta was very receptive and mildly surprised with my description of the reason why I was there.. All in all a good visit.
Dr. Oubre is an exceptional healthcare provider. He takes the time to listen and thoroughly answers all my questions, ensuring I'm fully informed and satisfied. His kindness, expertise, and dedication to patient care make him an outstanding doctor. I highly recommend him!
Dr. Shah is a great doctor! Both my husband and I see him and have been very pleased with him. It's his staff that I don't like and that's why I'm giving 2 stars. His staff does not return voicemails nor texts. I shouldn't have to drive to different clin8cs to get the answers I need from Dr. Shah. Lupita is the WORST medical assistant EVER!!!! Lupita will not do what she promises it goes on deaf ears. Dr. Shah really needs to look at the service his staff gives as it's a reflection on him.
