Dr. Lyles trained at UTSW in a premier teaching hospital. He is brilliant, personable, and thorough. He is guiding me through a challenging intestinal issue with patience and kindness. His nurse and office staff are friendly and efficient.
Dr. Lyles was very informative and had a good bedside manner. I had a very good experience.

While Dr. Lyles seems an excellent doctor, I never got further than one visit due to his nurse Shannon. This nurse is not a team player with patients and I am quite sure the doctor has no idea how much she bullies patients. No telling how many patients do not return. There are other GI doctors with much better staff….choose someone else or be prepared for Nurse Ratched!
Dr Lyles is excellent. I have some hard to pin down issues and he has been very knowledgeable and helpful. He has a great bedside manner too
I highly recommend Dr Lyles as a gastroenterologist. He is compassionate, takes time to explain things and makes you feel comfortable in asking questions. I was due for a follow up colonoscopy and was able to get right in and book my procedure quickly.
Dr. Lyles is brilliant, an excellent diagnostician, a superb listener, and expresses concern for my well-being.
Thus doctor has always been concerned for my well being, bedside manners are ones you except from family. He takes his time to listen and give his best professional medical advise. I had switched medical plans to save money but when i realize Dr. Lyles was not in new plan i switched back no money can ever provide the Bedside manners he has.
It was extremely pleasant, professional, and informative. I like this Dr a lot!
