Myself & my husband have been going to Dr. Lyles for 3 great years now. Both my husband & I agree that Dr Lyles is our favorite Dr to see!! That is because of his excellent knowledgable, caring & friendly bedside/office appointment manner!! His staff are very friendly & timely also! Dr Lyles is a personable, knowledgeable doc w great listening skills. His office staff is friendly and efficient. My wait time was very reasonable.
One thing that has stands out to me about Dr. Lyles is that his concern for my wellbeing is right at the top of mind for him. He is friendly and very easy to talk to but it is obvious to me that as we talk about the upcoming procedure, he wants me to be well informed and comfortable about what will happen. First visit. Showed up 20 mins early. Very nice physician. Waited 45 minutes to be seen once in exam room. Waited another 15 mins on doctors nurse. I was planning to leave when she came down hall. She was abrupt and apparently peeved I wasn’t sitting patiently in room for her final arrival. I canceled the colonoscopy and will find a clinic that respects the patient and the patient’s time.
Dr. Lyles is the most caring thorough doctor I have seen. He takes time to listen, never rushes you and answers any and All questions no matter how big or small they may seem. His staff is also kind and as caring!
This was my first of many visits to come with Dr. Lyles. He is honestly the most reassuring and attentive doctor I believe I've ever seen. He sat with me, he listened, he explained and he made me feel like he cared. He reassured me when he could tell I was self conscious, which is something he didn't have to notice but he did and he gave me verbal reassurance without making me feel more awkward.
