Takes time to listen and not rushed,
I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH BOTH DR Le AND THE ENTIRE STAFF ON MY FIRST VISIT!I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT VISIT AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. Le WITHOUT HESITATION!
Everyone in the office is very courteous and friendly. Dr. Maltbie makes one feel at ease and is very receptive to any questions or concerns. He gives one the leeway to know when medication is necessary to take. This has certainly helped me in my recovery.
Dismissive of wife during hospital stay. Did not transfer records from hospital to patient record. Did not inform staff of reason for 1 week follow up. Told me to get up in weak state to get my wife when appt started. Rude. Arrogant. Chided me for listing possible causes for pancreas event. Chided me for asking a follow up question during his explanation. Wouldn’t rule out any cause. Made me travel for 1 week follow up that could have been done remote.
Dr Clark took the time to listen to me and didn’t seem to be in a hurry to rush out of the room. He ordered some tests to confirm my previous diagnosis.
My first visit to Dr. Yanish and Arizona Digestive Health was a very positive experience. Dr. Yanish was very nice and engaging. He was super thorough in getting the info he needed from me to proceed. He never rushed me and took all the time we needed to evaluate. Great support group in that office, also.
Dr. Yanish wrote on his notes that I saw him because I was suffering from diarrhea. Not correct. I was there because I was having trouble having bowel movements. I couldn't believe it when I read his notes!
Had an office visit with Dr. Le for a checkup. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our wait time was short and the office was extremely clean. And Of course, Dr. Le is one of the best doctors in our area. Complete confidence in him.
Dr. Clark is positive and takes time to answer questions. I was very pleased with the appointment and look forward to seeing him again in 6 months.
