Myself & my husband have been going to Dr. Lyles for 3 great years now. Both my husband & I agree that Dr Lyles is our favorite Dr to see!! That is because of his excellent knowledgable, caring & friendly bedside/office appointment manner!! His staff are very friendly & timely also! I drove 35 minutes to appt; waited 1.5 hrs for doctor; he spent 7 minutes with; had not reviewed my MRI results; listened to my heart beat; requested blood work; I felt devalued and he earned a Specialist fee for 7 minutes, if that much. Front office staff was gone & met another doctor at elevator leaving; then I drove 35 minutes home. Service should be better than that!! He knew nothing about what was going on with me except what I told him. Disappointed !!!
From the first visit with Dr. Shah he went over the procedure process which me feel at ease and comfortable to go forward with the procedure. At the follow-up visit he did an excellent job explaining the results and very attentively answered my questions.

Dr. Rungta was on time, took time to learn my history, and ordered many tests to get to the cause of the problem. After years of trying different doctors hoping to get an answer, I am back to normal having treated the problem. Excellent care.
After having a procedure done, I received a message from Dr. Rivera-Torres saying he needed to speak with me as soon as possible about the results. I called him back within minutes but he wasn't available. I have continued to call his office for several days and leave messages with his staff, none of whom are able to give me any information about my test results. Dr. Shah is a straight shooter, at first I didn’t know how to take it, but once I gave him an actual chance I saw how much he really cares. He knows his specialty and although I didn’t realize it at first, he goes that extra mile to ensure I was not only ok at that moment but in the long run as well. His approach is evidence based and he cares about your longevity. I recommend him 100% without any reservations whatsoever. It’s been about 5 years and he ensures I am comfortable and controlled with my chronic GI condition.
