I really like Dr. Lyles and I would give him a 5 star if I had not had a situation come up with his head nurse and them not giving me the benefit of the doubt on a recent leave of absence last year. Dr. Lyles did apologize and it is not him that I am still upset with, but overall Dr. Lyles is a great doctor! Sorry to mention the situation, but it hurt me really bad and I had to fight for my leave of absence and won, but it seemed I was not their concern at the moment or care.
My experience with Dr. Lyles III could not have been better. As professionals in the GI field, he and his staff are superb. As a bonus, Dr. Lyles is an incredibly nice guy!!uy.

Simply the best. From beginning to end (no pun), everyone associated with Dr. Lyles and the Endoscopy Center was great. To a person, they are professionals who deliver the highest quality medical care. For example, we asked Dr. Lyles whether he recommended a HEP C test, given our age bracket. He recommended it. Without any prompting from us, he mailed two prescriptions for labwork to our home in Granbury, Texas. In other words he and his staff took it upon themselves to go the extra mile.
