I was referred for a colonoscopy. I don’t have any complaints about the procedure as staff were efficient and knowledgeable. Here are the concerns: you will have to take time out for another visit in order to get your results. Everything negative? You won’t get a call, nor can you call. You (and your insurance) have to pay for a visit. This is just an effort to bring in more revenue.
