1 week since surgery and while it is a "simple" surgery, my body had to make it more difficult - in essence he saved my life and I cannot say thank you enough. While meeting with him was short & quick he still addressed concerns and explained to me things I couldn't think of asking at the moment. I could not be less impressed by Dr. Moskal. My partner and I traveled from out of state to provide support to my dad and we attended his post-op appointment with Dr. Moskal. Upon seeing us in the room, Dr. Moskal seemed immediately irritated that we were there. He kept making a point to tell my dad that he made his follow-up appointment too soon, when it was his office that requested that my dad come in earlier and come on that date. Today was my 2nd post -op with Dr. Moskal since my hernia surgery in March 2024. During my first post -op with him, about 5 months after surgery, he basically told me I was still having pain because I hadn't given my body sufficient time to heal. Now, nearly 2 years after my surgery, I discovered the mesh used in my surgery is the subject of literally thousands of lawsuits and has been for at least 7 years. Set up my appointment, maybe spent 60 seconds in the exam room before he was off to see the next patent. I was chasing him down the hallway asking him more questions. He’s on the spectrum for sure, and has zero people skills. Googled him while waiting to schedule my hernia surgery. Thank god I did and found all these one star reviews… immediately schedule with Dr. Speyerer at bayside in Winter haven after asking some nurse friends. Moskal is a black mark on an otherwise good organization. Shocked they haven’t run him off yet... read more
I feel like his rating is low because not enough people are reporting the good. He was friendly , personable and made me feel at ease. I am so glad I chose him for a Dr.
