The staff member which I have a lot of contact with is Carolyn Brown store manager of Bendigo branch. I have in last 7 year visited this store and brought quite a lot jewellery .I have become very good with friends with Carolyn. And the service I get is always been greeted with smile,I would not shop anywhere else. Jan Hally
Last week I was in Thomas Jewellery Bendigo on two separate occasions. Both times Cheryl Luvara served me. Cheryl was extremely helpful and very patient it made both my visits very pleasant, efficient and productive. Thanks heaps Cheryl

Went in there, no one offered help, I say was a pretty poor experience, never recomend going in there as you won't get help. 👎👎👎
