They lie to your face about costs and don't care about you or your financial questions. They care less about your mental health since they believe $225 to talk to a dr that didnt tell me anything i didnt know all ready was fair. I would rather die then see these "people".
I went to the ER on 10/25 with severe abdominal pain. After sitting for hours and not being seen, I left and went to Pennsylvania hospital. I was seen in 20 mins there. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease thank god I went there! How about Methodist won’t refund my co pay saying because they took my blood pressure. Absolute joke of a hospital!

The doctors and nurses I've had here have been absolutely amazing. Perfect, really. I wouldn't change a thing about them even if I could. They not only listen to my concerns, but they also work to fix any issues if they happen to arise. They genuinely care about me as a patient and not just as money in their pockets. That is how ALL doctors and nurses should be. The doctor/nurse to patient communication couldn't be better. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
