We were on vacation and I had to go to the urgent care in Panama city on Nov 27, 2017. After I got home I received a statement from my ins company that I owed 332.00. I emailed my ins company and they said that he was out of network. I wish they would have told me that when I checked in. They told me to try and ask them If they could try to resubmit it.. If I knew that I would have found a different place.. other than that he was a good Dr..
I needed to have stitches removed from an operation that happened in another state. I was able to use the urgent care service provided by Dr. Jacobson and was very pleased with his professionalism and abilities. I would definitely recommend him.
Dr. Jacobson is both personable and very knowledgeable. He always chooses the right plan of action for me. He is also good with my teens. I recommend Dr. Jacobson both if you are looking for immediate care or a long-term physician.
Dr Jacobson’s professional expertise & calm but compassionate way of relating to his patients are very important factors. He makes patients feel like people who matter—not just case files.
As a walk in patient I could not have been more pleased with the clinic, staff and Dr Jacobson. I fell earlier in the day and went to the clinic where I was diagnosed as having 5 broken ribs. Dr Jacobson and staff took x-rays and explained in great detail my condition and treatment. A week later I had a followup visit and experienced the same courteous, friendly, and professional attention to my situation. I would whole heartedly recommend both the clinic and more specifically Dr Jacobson.

My wife, and I recently visited Panama City on vacation. We both walked into this clinic that was clearly marked as a "Walk in Clinic". The service we received was exceptional. They were extremely friendly, and courteous. We both found out why when we returned home only to find out we were chrarged $350.00 for a new patient office visit. We were never informed of such a charge at the onset of this visit. Taking advantage of visiting vacationers is extremely unprofessional, and will be reported.

It's been my experience in seeing Dr Jacobson over the last few years that he has always greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine hand shake. His "bedside manor" is spot on and he is not averse to saying he doesn't have all of the answers but he does get them and gets back to me. He tells me why he wants certain tests done and what his game plan is. I highly recommend him. Garry Price

He is beyond bad. He wouldn't help me with any of my concerns. I waited 2 hours and suffered though it for nothing. He is horrible!
