Dr. Thomas Jacobson was very attentive and thorough. He was very kind. Prescribed medication to help me recover. He even offered a doctors note for my work without me even asking for it. Much appreciated.

Unfortunately I was informed that he is leaving this practice. He resumed my care after Dr. John England retired and there was little if any interruption in my my basic healthcare needs. He proved to take a proactive role in my medical care. I'll definitely miss him. A big loss for this practice.
2/14/20 Dr. Jacobson is an outstanding physician and has been my primary physician for over six months. I totally rely on his medical expertise, guidance, and appreciate his kindness during my visits. Dr. Jacobson always takes time to listen to my issues and doesn't try to rush through the appointment (like most physicians in this area).
