The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. I've never had to stand. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable.
