Absolutely terrible. After what I thought would be a repaired labrum was cartilage removal and resulting osteoarthritis. My biggest regret to ha e surgery. Pain is a thousand times worse afterward and I can hardly move my arm without excruciating pain. I'm 36. I thought as a sports medicine doctor he'd help me get back to the activities I enjoyed but that is exactly the opposite. Dr. Myers did a terrible job and just about ruined my life. Osteoarthritis is one of the leading causes of disability and he definitely disabled me... read more

Would not recommend. He ordered me to wear a device that he invented, without telling me the cost (he and his billing person both said they didn't know). They billed my insurance $2000 and I had to pay over $1200. The device wasn't meant for my circumstance, Dr. Myers even admitted it was meant for football players and baseball players, not a small person. It was extremely cumbersome, it didn't fit right. I believe he is out to make money and prescribed me a device that wasn't appropriate rather than put me in something bett... read more

Worst staff and doctor visit I have ever had. I brought in my X-Rays and MRI discs and was put in an examination room. They tried to send me to x-ray and I explained I brought x-rays from a recent visit. They lost them. Said I never brought them. Then they found the x-ray envelope and said I brought them an empty envelope, which is ridiculous. Called me a liar. Could not figure out how to open the MRI discs. I left and requested a call from the doctor. Doctor refused my calls and refused to call me back. Staff emailed me and... read more

Great doctor, great communication skills, compassionate staff. He really takes the time with you during your appointment and I never felt rushed even with numerous questions from me.

Dr. Myers is the best. I had a SLAP surgery and was out of my sling within 2 weeks and hitting tennis balls around 16 weeks post surgery. When I went to physical therapy my PT knew of Dr. Myers and knew my recovery would be quicker than other patients with different doctors. He was friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

This guy is awesome. I check his credentials and he is very qualified and has worked with top athletes with superb results but what I like best is he really cares and takes the time to talk to his patients and get involved with their treatment and progress. Dr. Myers did my knee surgery and I’m doing amazingly well and even pursuing PRP treatments to try to “grow” cartilage in both knees so I might not ever see knee replacements. Very rare these days to have a doc treat you as nicely as he does.

I've been a patient of Dr. Myers twice - same shoulder - different injuries. Both outcomes were spectacular. The last surgery was required because of a fainting incident - tore my shoulder apart. Dr. Myers did 3 unique procedures in one surgery, including a rotator cuff repair. I may be the only person who was in less pain the day after the surgery than the day before. He is a brilliant diagnostician and a talented reconstructionist! With the best personality.
