Unresponsive, lack of effort, did nothing to help my case after over a year. Do not use this law firm
Terrible firm. I hired this law firm and paid them $10,000+ but they provided little to no service. The staff consistently had an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. Long periods of 6–12 months went by without any communication or updates about my case. At one point, the firm suggested I bond out over $80,000 for the lawsuit I was facing, but when I declined, they sent me another invoice requesting even more money despite having made no progress. 10 STARS: Mr. Roupas is my Mom's attorney handling a matter with Janet Mazzurco. Mr. Roupas has been nothing but kind and accommodating to my 92 yr old mother during this difficult time. So, Janet is the one who is "truth challenged" and the very reason Mom had to hire Mr. Roupas in the first place.
ZERO STAR! Thomas Roupas is the most unprofessional, hateful, truth challenged, Attorney I have ever encountered. Do your homework with NC State Bar Association before employing him. History repeats its itself. He definitely has anger management issues.
