Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Yes, I felt better than I've felt in years when I left! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

Not severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help or get organized b/c they have had quite a bit of staff turnover lately. I hate that they overbook the dr. frequently so if I arrive early then I end up waiting even more time to see him. When they squeeze patients back to back then it is very common for me to get charged $165 for about 8 to 10 mins of a VERY rushed treatment. It is more annoying when I only get 8 mins after waiting more than 30 mins past my SCHEDULED appt time during my last few visit... read more

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
