We can't say enough good things about our experience with Julie! It was a very long process but she never made us feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. She listened to our needs and truly made it an enjoyable experience from start to finish. We're so excited that we finally found our dream home but are sad not to have Julie part of our every day lives!
This is the second home I've purchased with Tom's help, Tom and his team are excellent and really know their stuff. I appreciate the quick response and being kept in the loop throughout the process, but most important is his honesty and professionalism throughout the home-buying process.
Julie was extremely helpful in first understanding my 'needs' and then following thru with analyzing the listings and locating 'other' possibilities. My family was looking to move from the city to the North Shore suburbs, but we weren’t very familiar with the area. Julie helped us get to know the various suburbs and identify exactly what we were looking for - not only in the house itself, but the neighborhood and schools surrounding it. She listened and truly heard what we wanted, and used that to help us find the home our family will live and grow in for decades to come. We could not have asked for a more thorough, kind and fun realtor.

I have used Tom on three occasions within the last two years, two sells and one buy. He was thorough, competent, accommodating and I always felt like I got more than I was paying for. I understood the process each step of the way, he provided other resources (attorney, mortgage brokers, etc.) who were exceptional. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking to buy or sell, particularly on the north shore, which is his sweet spot.
Tom was great to work with and really helped us through the whole process - the technical and emotional side of it all (it's not easy when you get into multi-offer scenarios several times). We moved from Minneapolis so the long-distance search was definitely made easier by Tom not only working with us but being willing to coordinate with my parents to see some houses for us when we couldn't make it back.
