Went in for a couple of fillings and a crown prep and Dr. Thomas spent almost my entire 2 hour appointment dropping jokes and comments that had racist and sexist undertones. He even poked me in the cheek at one point and said "numb is a good look on you." Totally inappropriate and borderline harassment. Then, when I decided to have the crown completed with a different dentist, they had already filed a claim with my insurance, so insurance was denying coverage to the new office. I took my daughter there for her first eye apt. She is 8 and the doctor was so patient and made her and I comfortable. My daughter can be shy, but she had her laughing and joking around while doing the fitting for glasses!
Great environment, friendly staff, and experienced doctors.
I am so grateful for the same day service I received in getting my dentures repaired. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.
